1. Service Description

QR Studio Lab, operated by Digimental Teknoloji A.S., provides a QR code generator service. Users can create free static QR codes or subscribe to our Pro plan for $9/month, which includes dynamic QR codes and analytics. Subscription fees are billed via Lemon Squeezy.

2. Accounts

Users must create an account to access the Pro features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Pro subscription is billed monthly at $9. Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not create dynamic QR codes that link to illegal content, phishing sites, or malware. QR Studio Lab reserves the right to disable any abusive codes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by QR Studio Lab are the intellectual property of Digimental Teknoloji A.S. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QR Studio Lab does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digimental Teknoloji A.S. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Termination

QR Studio Lab reserves the right to terminate accounts or access to the service at its discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
