Refund Policy

Who you are buying from

QR Studio Lab is operated by Digimental Teknoloji A.Ş. Subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and appears on your card statement and invoice.

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to your first payment and to any renewal charge, each within 14 days of that charge.

Renewals after the 14-day window

Charges older than 14 days are not automatically refundable, because the service was available to you for that period. If something went wrong on our side, such as an outage that stopped your codes from resolving, or a charge you did not expect, tell us anyway and we will look at it case by case.

Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period. Your Pro features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free plan.

What happens to your codes after a refund or cancellation

Static codes are unaffected: their content is encoded in the image itself and keeps working with no account and no subscription. Dynamic codes above the free plan limit stop resolving and show a neutral unavailable page. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade, so bringing the account back within its limits restores those codes. Deleting your account is separate and permanent, and it stops every dynamic code on the account.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Their processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on a statement, depending on your bank.

Email [email protected] from the address on your QR Studio Lab account and include the date of the charge. We answer refund requests within 2 business days.
