How to make a calendly qr code

01

In Calendly, copy the standard link for your profile or event type. Avoid a link that expires after one booking if the code will be printed.

02

Paste the link into the URL field. Add your colors or logo if needed.

03

Download PNG or SVG. Scan a sample at its intended print size and check that it opens the correct booking page.

Where people use it

Business cards

Print the code on the back so new contacts book a call instead of promising to email.

Conference badges

Let people you meet at events schedule a follow-up on the spot, while interest is high.

Consultants & coaches

Add it to proposals and brochures so prospects book a discovery call without friction.

Frequently asked questions

Can I link to one specific meeting type?

Yes. Copy the link for that event type from Calendly (for example calendly.com/your-name/30min) and the QR code opens that booking page directly.

What happens when someone scans it?

Their phone opens your Calendly booking page. They choose an available time and complete the booking there. Scanning the code alone does not book a meeting.

Which Calendly link should I use on a printed card?

Use your standard profile link or the standard link for a specific event type. Calendly also offers links that expire after one booking, so those are unsuitable for a card you will hand to several people.

Does this work with other scheduling tools?

Yes — any booking link works the same way. Paste a Cal.com, Acuity, or Microsoft Bookings URL instead and the code behaves identically.
