QR Codes for Real Estate free
A buyer standing in front of a yard sign is as warm as a lead gets. A QR code on that sign takes them straight to the listing — photos, price, floor plan, virtual tour — while they're still looking at the house. Because listings come and go, dynamic codes fit real estate especially well: reuse the same printed sign for every property by updating where the code points.

Frequently asked questions
Can I reuse one sign for different properties?+
Yes — that's the main reason agents use dynamic codes. The printed code stays the same; you change the destination link in your dashboard each time a new listing goes live.
How big should the code be on a yard sign?+
Bigger than you think — it needs to scan from a car window or the sidewalk. As a rule of thumb, use about one tenth of the expected scanning distance: a code scanned from 2 meters should be at least 20 cm wide.
Can I see how much interest a sign generates?+
Yes. Dynamic codes record scan counts plus country and device data, so you can compare traffic across signs, flyers and locations.
